Mind believe that with the right support and resources everybody can create a life that feels meaningful irrespective of the presence of symptoms.
Staff will be on hand from 2pm to talk to any supporters who may want to talk or find out more with leaflets available providing information on all of Mind’s services.
One of the key services is Mind’s Crisis Cafe which provides one-to-one mental health support for anyone who may be in need. The Crisis Cafe is open every evening from 6pm to 10pm, Monday to Sunday with no appointments necessary.
