Welling United’s Isuzu FA Trophy third-round tie at Aldershot Town on Saturday, December 17th has been postponed following a ground and pitch inspection at the EBB Stadium.

With more sub-zero temperatures overnight, an inspection was scheduled for 8am on Saturday ahead of the scheduled 12.30pm kick-off and, with both the pitch and areas around the ground causing concern, the match has been postponed on the grounds of safety.

A new date for the cup tie will be announced as soon as possible, once confirmed.
