Welling United are delighted to confirm that academy graduate Cameron Andrews has agreed a new deal to keep him at the club ahead of the 2023/24 season.
The 19-year-old midfielder came through the club’s scholarship programme and made his league debut for the club off the bench last season in the home victory over Hungerford Town in October.
A month later, he made his full league debut in the 1-1 draw away at Concord Rangers and went on to secure a total of eight appearances in the National League South last term.
“Hopefully this is another step forward for me and I can kick on and get some more appearances this year,” said Andrews after putting pen to paper.
“I can’t wait for the season. I’m waiting to score my first goal for the club and to celebrate with the fans!”
Season tickets for the 2023/24 campaign are now on sale with ahead of the new season as the club celebrates its 60th anniversary.
