Welling United return to action on Tuesday evening as they head to Braintree Town (7.45pm).
Unbeaten in five, the Wings will be in confident spirit following Saturday’s dramatic 4-3 home victory over Slough Town and will be eyeing up another three points which could lift them out of the bottom four.
They currently sit in 22nd position on 16 points, just three points off of Eastbourne Borough in 17th.
Danny Bloor will be without TJ Bramble who has departed for international duty with Antigua & Barbuda.

THE OPPOSITION

Braintree currently occupy 10th position in National League South with six wins, six draws and six defeats from their 17 games played, so far.
The Iron have hit a bit of form in recent weeks, claiming four wins from their last six league outings.
But come into the game off the back of a 3-1 defeat at Eastbourne on Saturday.

PRE-MATCH CHAT

Danny Bloor: “We’re always looking up. We don’t dwell on disappointments and don’t get carried away with successes.
“We’ve got some real tough games coming up and it’s a tough one on Tuesday night before we turn our attentions to the FA Trophy, so the games are coming thick and fast.”

Braintree boss, Angelo Harrop: “It’s a busy month for us. We need to recover – Saturday was a wake-up call for our players, there are no easy games in this league.
“We’ll keep positive and we’ll go again on Tuesday.”
