Welling United are delighted to confirm the arrival of midfielder Sahid Kamara on loan from Birmingham City.

The 20-year-old came through the ranks of Charlton Athletic’s academy and was a key part of the Addicks’ U18 and U21 sides before departing The Valley last summer.

Prior to his move to the Midlands, he enjoyed a loan spell with Corinthian Casuals last season and has been a regular for the Blues’ U21 side this term.

Kamara now joins the Wings on an initial stay until January 31st as Rod Stringer boosts his midfield options and is available to make his debut when Welling welcome Weymouth to Park View Road on Tuesday evening.
