Welling United will be looking to book a place in the last eight of the London Senior Cup when they host Bromley at Park View Road on Tuesday evening (7.45pm).
The Wings will take on the Ravens for the right to take on Brentford B in the quarter-finals, with Barking then awaiting in a potential semi-final clash.
Rod Stringer’s side earned their place in the third round with a 3-0 victory at Sporting Bengal United back in October, while Bromley secured a 1-0 win at Met Police last month.
THE OPPOSITION
Bromley are enjoying a successful first ever season in the EFL, with Andy Woodman’s men sitting very comfortably in mid-table, within touching distance of the play-off places.
After an excellent run of just one defeat in seven, they were defeated 2-1 at Tranmere Rovers in their most recent outing on Saturday.
The Ravens will likely be represented by their U21s squad for the cup tie at Park View Road.
CUP HISTORY
The Wings have lifted the trophy on two separate occasions – the first in 1990 and the second in 2019 when they defeated Brentford B 1-0 to claim the silverware.
Bromley, meanwhile, have won the competition on five occasions having appeared in the final 10 times.
They took home the cup for the first time in 1910, before repeating the feat in 1946, 1951, 2003 and most recently in 2013 when they secured a 2-1 win over Kingstonian.
