Welling United return to Emirates FA Cup action as they host Slough Town in the second qualifying round at Park View Road on Saturday (3pm).

The Wings secured their place in this stage of the competition thanks to a dramatic 2-1 win at Uxbridge a fortnight ago, with Logan Dobbs and Greg Cundle netting to complete a late turnaround in the first qualifying round.

Lee Martin’s side will be without the suspended Lekan Majoyegbe following his dismissal at Dulwich Hamlet last weekend, but there are no other injury concerns ahead of the cup clash.

THE OPPOSITION

Slough currently occupy 16th position in National League South with two wins, three draws and three defeats from their eight games played, so far.

They come into the game off the back of a 4-2 defeat at Torquay United on Saturday.

LAST TIME OUT

Welling  were made to settle for a point from a 2-2 draw with Slough Town when the sides last met at Park View Road back in March in the National League South.

The Wings surrendered a two-goal lead after Scott Kashket has scored twice in two minutes midway through the first half – a Rebels comeback after the break ensuring that it would be a share of the spoils.
