Welling United are delighted to confirm the arrival of winger TQ Addy.
The 20-year old came through the academy at Crystal Palace before joining Luton Town in 2020, representing the Hatters’ U23 side.
A move to Tonbridge Angels followed in 2022 before joining up with Lewes.
Addy signed for Bowers & Pitsea in January 2023, spending the next 18 months in Essex before departing in the summer.
He now joins the Wings as Lee Martin looks to strengthen his squad.
Speaking of his new addition, Martin said: “TQ is an exciting player. He’s a little bit different to the wingers that we’ve got – he inverts a little bit more and comes in from the right on his left foot.
“He’s a clever footballer. He’s not that typical winger who just drives and relies on pace. He’s got pace, but he’s one that has trickery and can play that sly ball, so I’m excited to see how he gets on.
“I’ve played against him in the National League South before, so he comes here with good pedigree.”
