Welling United are delighted to confirm the arrival of experienced midfielder, Luke Allen.

The 32-year old began his career as a youngster with Tottenham Hotspur, before joining Cambridge United’s academy. He earned his first taste of senior football during a loan spell with Cambridge City in 2012 and went on to represent Hemel Hempstead, St Albans City, Tonbridge Angels and Braintree Town in the National League.

A five-year stay with Dartford followed, before departing Princes Park in 2024 and Allen has since played for Aveley, Folkestone Invicta and, most recently, Cray Wanderers.

He now arrives at Park View Road to bolster the Wings midfield.
