Welling United boss Danny Bloor will be looking for a reaction from his side as they host Maidstone United at the J Hearnden Skip Hire Community Stadium on Tuesday evening (7.45pm).
The Wings will need to dust themselves down against their Kent neighbours and bounce back from Saturday’s 5-1 defeat at Torquay United as they go in search of points to climb themselves up the Vanarama National League South table.
Cameron Green is an injury doubt after the left-back was forced off at half-time in Devon at the weekend, while Bloor will monitor the fitness of James Vaughan, who has sat out of the last two games.
Mitchell Dickenson will remained sidelines with injury, but loanee goalkeeper James Holden will be available following his dismissal on Saturday, with his suspension kicking in for the game against Chippenham Town on Saturday.
Fellow stopper Ben Winterbottom will remain unavailable as he nears the end of his time following the concussion protocol after he suffered a head injury in the FA Cup at Boreham Wood 10 days ago.
THE OPPOSITION
Maidstone are on the hunt for an immediate return to the National League after relegation last term, with their stay in the fifth tier lasting just one campaign.
They currently sit fifth in the National League South table with six wins, four draws and two defeats from their 12 league outings, so far, leaving them on 22 points.
George Elekobi’s men come into the game unbeaten in seven in all competitions having won six on the trot before a 1-1 draw at home to Farnborough at the weekend.

Danny Bloor: “We never want to suffer scorelines like we did on Saturday, but we can’t dwell on it. We have to do our utmost to get things right and get things back in gear on Tuesday.
“We’ll have to be at our best against a very strong Maidstone United, another full-time side, which means we’ve faced sides who train full time in our last three games.
“We know it won’t be easy, but we certainly know that if we give it our best, we’re more than capable.”
Maidstone boss, George Elekobi: “It’s just another game for us. We have to go there with our game plan and impose ourselves on the game and respect the opposition.
“We know what we’ll be coming up against. Come Tuesday we’ll be ready.”

Supporters unable to get to the J Hearnden Skip Hire Community Stadium on Tuesday evening for the Wings’ clash with Maidstone will be able watch all the action live on National League TV.
