Leo Young joins Welling on loan from AFC Wimbledon.

The 19-year old is a product of the Dons’ academy, signing his first pro deal at Plough Lane in the summer of 2024.

A commanding centre-back, Young captained Wimbledon’s U18s and spent time on loan with Hastings United last season, before embarking on a stint with Havant & Waterlooville earlier this season.

He now arrives at Park View Road on an initial deal until November 19th to bolster the Wings’ defensive options.
