Welling United are delighted to confirm the arrival of goalkeeper Dion-Curtis Henry.

The 28-year old stopper came through the academy at Peterborough United, making his senior debut for the Posh in a 5-3 victory over Millwall in 2015.

Loan spells with Soham Town Rangers and Boston United followed, before he was snapped up by Premier League club Crystal Palace in 2017.

During a year-year stay at Selhurst Park, he embarked on loans with Maidstone United and Hampton & Richmond Borough, before making a permanent switch to  Billericay Town in 2020.

A move back to the EFL with Crawley Town came in October 2021, while spells with Brightlingsea Regent and, most recently, Hornchurch followed.

He now arrives at Park View Road as new boss Ryan Maxwell’s first signing.
