Biography

Midfielder Penn made his senior debut for Bromley in the EFL Trophy last season, playing the full 90 minutes of their 1-0 defeat at The Valley in November. The youngster also embarked on a loan spell with Cray Wanderers last term.

He joined the Wings on an initial loan until January 2026.
